Account info. When you sign up for a permanent account, we store the email address you authenticate with (through Supabase) and any display name you set.
Guest Mode accounts. If you use jimojim in Guest Mode, no email or personal credentials are requested or stored. An anonymous identifier is generated solely to maintain your temporary session.
Your training data. Workout splits, exercises, logged sets (weight, reps, duration, notes, RPE), session times, personal records, and achievements you record in the app.
Subscription and payment status. Whether you have an active monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan, or are evaluating via temporary Guest Mode. All payments are processed by PayMongo; we never see, process, or store your credit card or e-wallet details.
Feedback. If you send us a message, we keep the content and your email so we can reply.
Guest accounts serve as our free trial, allowing full app evaluation without registration. All guest data—including workouts, routines, and sessions—is temporary and automatically deleted after 24 hours.
If you wish to preserve your training history and continue using jimojim, you can sign up for an account and subscribe before the 24-hour window closes.
When you explicitly use our sharing features (such as sharing a workout routine, split, or workout completion card), jimojim generates a public snapshot viewable by anyone who receives the link.
These shared links only contain the specific workout details or split info you chose to publish. Your account credentials, personal email, and private training history remain strictly private.
To deliver the service: securely sync your workout data across your devices, calculate progress and metrics, and provide the tracking tools you use in the app.
To verify subscription status through our payment partner, PayMongo. PayMongo securely processes billing; we only receive an automated notification confirming whether an invoice or plan was successfully paid.
We do not sell your personal data, monetize your workout logs, or use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies and transmitted exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS).
Exercise illustrations and demonstration media are loaded from public open-source fitness datasets and are not uploaded by users.
You can export your complete workout history in JSON or CSV format directly from Settings at any time.
You can delete your account and all associated workout logs permanently from the Settings page or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data is immediately removed from active databases.
